Rapid Pump & Meter Service Co., Inc., was founded in 1960 to service and repair flow meters in the Municipal and Commercial sectors. Machinery Services Corp. was founded in 1978 to provide diverse electrical and mechanical services to a broad customer base in the Industrial, Commercial and Transportation Sectors. In 1981 Machinery Services Co. moved to their present location at 285 Straight Street, in Paterson, New Jersey. In 1982 Rapid Pump & Meter Service Co., Inc. was purchased and also relocated to 285 Straight Street, Paterson, NJ.

Today, with nearly (100) one hundred full time permanent employees, (88) eighty eight vehicles, and 87,000 square foot facilities in Paterson and Wall Township, NJ, we provide the depth of services that guarantee the best service, rapid response, and the best quality workmanship in the industry today. Both companies continue to thrive due to their commitment of 100% customer satisfaction. We live by our motto – “The Answer is Yes! What’s the Question?”
